Topping depositor DFC

This machine allows dosing solid toppings such as mozzarella cheese, vegetables or ham onto the  dough base, such as pizza or rusk bread

The topping falls evenly onto the product base, but by adding a tapered dosing head it can be deposited at the centre of the product only. Or alternatively it is possible to use conveying cones to canalize the topping only to the center of the product
